OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our 14 day "no quibbles" guarantee:
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason your are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and returned within 7 day. Personalised items (e.g. signs/printed items) are not covered by our "no quibbles" guarantee, please see your statutory rights on the terms and conditions page.
 
To return an item under our "no quibbles" guarantee couldn't be easier, simply include in writing, your name, address, invoice number and reason for return, package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 14 days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

If damage occurs to a parcel in transit, please notify us within 3 working days and keep all packaging. Any claim of damaged / faulty items must be made within 3 working days from when you receive the item(s).

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Cooling-off period By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed, nor can we accept cancellations for any personalised goods or goods that have been made to your personal specifications.
 
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please include in writing, your name, address, invoice number and give the reason for return as 'contract cancellation'. Package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
